The graphic novel Ghost World holds a super special place in my heart. But in the movie version the impeccable Enid Coleslaw is played by Thora Birch and a muse is born. Seriously, the middle picture is pretty much what I looked like in highschool. So anyhoo, I know tons of folks have dissected the style of this infamous fictional character, hell … Luella even based an entire collection on her, but when I get nostalgic I just can’t help but to think of her and how perfectly that movie sums up the spirit of my teenage years.
